These Subscription Terms explain how paid access to Affinia works: what each plan costs, how automatic renewal happens, how to cancel, and how to request a refund. Affinia is operated by OBATRENDS (we, us). By starting a plan you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1-Week Introductory Plan: you pay $9.99 today for 7 days of access. After the 7 days, your plan renews automatically at $29.99 every 4 weeks until you cancel.
4-Week Relationship Plan: you pay $29.99 today. Your plan renews automatically at $29.99 every 4 weeks until you cancel.
1-Year VIP Relationship Immersion: you pay $79.99 today. Your plan renews automatically at $79.99 every year until you cancel.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, using the payment method you provided at checkout, until you cancel. By starting a plan you authorize us to charge that payment method for each renewal at the price shown above.
Before every renewal we send you a reminder email with the amount, the date of the charge and a link to cancel. We send it 3 days before each renewal of the 1-Week and 4-Week plans, and 7 days before each renewal of the 1-Year plan.
You can cancel at any time in 1 click from Settings in your Affinia account, through our secure billing portal. You can also email [email protected] and we will cancel for you.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period (or before your 7-day introductory period ends). When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and you will not be charged again.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a charge that was already made; see Refunds below.
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of any charge by emailing [email protected] from the email you used at checkout. We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to show them. After a refund, access for that period ends.
Charges older than 7 days are not eligible for a refund, except where the law requires otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will email you. If we cannot collect the payment, your access may be paused or ended.
If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
